It's not difficult at all, it just requires some items you might not have on-hand, so please be sure to read the full description and the instructions, and be sure to check out the pictures before purchasing. I call this the Thick Boy. Its 30mm diameter a the top, 35mm diameter in the middle, with a 20mm core running the length of it, and its 105mm insertable with a protrusion in the front that presses on the perineum, keeping the toy at the perfect angle and adds a little pressure in the just the right spot. The biomorphic shape of the toy lets you insert it with ease (depending how lubed-up and loose you are) and it stays in place without too much effort. There are 2 electro pads, one on top for prostate stimulation, and one on the bottom to stimulate the anal muscles. The combination will cause some great feeling thrusting motion when used with a pulse or wave type settings on your ESTIM box. With your settings right, you can get a good ghost pounding from this Thick Boy. Mix A & B channels or connect in a tri-phase setup for some awesome HFO sessions.
