Design ConceptThe Lego Brickheadz Case is designed to neatly store or display a collection of Lego Brickheadz, keeping them safe and organized.UsageThis case can be used for both display and storage purposes, ensuring that your Lego figures are securely stored without the risk of losing pieces.Printing SuggestionsUse a medium to high infill depending on your desired sturdiness. Layer height of 0.2mm is recommended for a smooth finish, using PLA or PETG material for optimal results.Assembly InstructionsI made some front support posts if you don't want to use acrylic.1. Print the PartsBegin by 3D printing the bottom plate, top plate, and back panel of the display case.2. Prepare the Acrylic PanelsCut 1mm thick clear acrylic to the correct width and height to fit into the side slots. The slots on the top and bottom plates are designed to hold the acrylic securely in place.3. Insert the AcrylicSlide the acrylic panels into the slots on the top and bottom plates. Ensure they sit flush and align with the outer edges.4. Attach the Back PanelAlign the back panel and glue it to the rear edge of the top and bottom plates. Make sure it is centered and square before the glue sets.5. Secure the Acrylic (Optional)If desired, apply a small amount of clear adhesive along the edges where the acrylic meets the printed slots for extra stability. Let it dry completely.
