Description

Upcycle your old lightbulbs into this cool teapot. With a strainer built in to the spout this can be used for both tea leaves and tea bags! If you have heat resistant filament then brew yourself a hot cuppa, otherwise I'd recommend making iced tea only (the second best thing after a cold pint on a warm summers day!) to avoid the probable harmful effects of melted plastic in your tea! This also looks cool as a decorative item, showing off both your upcycled lightbulbs and your 3D printing skills. This design fits all standard screw-top lightbulbs, designed to be support free however may need minimal supports depending on your machine/bravery level! Follow my profile for more awesome ways of upcycling your old stuff. I've created a step-by-step infographic on how to hollow out your lightbulbs, an amzingly simple (and fun) process! | Download free and paid 3D printable STL files
