This adaptor is designed to clip over the top trim of a aquarium to hold an RO tube in place. It clamps down to the trim to avoid being knocked loose while also keeping the output above the water line to prevent any chance of a syphon being started. The friction fit of the RO tubing makes for a quick, safe connection.
