Description

This STONE APARTMENT BUILDING is printed as a single unit with the window fillers being printed separately. Once the window fillers are printed and lacquered together do not separate the windows because they are all pre-aligned and ready to install on each wall. Just remove the BRIM where necessary. I exclusively print with PLA and have found that ordinary clear lacquer thinner (Nail polish remover) is a wonderful glue. Make a small test for yourself of two printed pieces of scrap PLA and give it a try. Let sit for 20 seconds and then try to break it apart. It leaves no residue and is applied with a small brush. I've been using lacquer thinner as a glue on stryene and PLA for years. No sloppy or messy glue to show when finished. The four roof sections are glued together from the under side to keep the model clean. You will notice the window sections come with VERTICAL and HORIZONTAL prints which are carefully aligned back-to-back smooth side to smooth side and lacquered together. Do not cut the windows apart as they are pre-aligned for each side. Just remove the BRIM where necessary. I have also included 3 different roof designs, corrugated and 2 parapets.
