Se trata de un plato con forma de rovellón (una seta que en el País Vasco se conoce como piñutela), diseñado durante el Ciclo Formativo de Diseño en Fabricación Mecánica, para un concurso organizado por el famoso restaurante guipuzcoano Mugaritz. Este diseño en concreto fue seleccionado por el delegado de Mugaritz, se llevaron una muestra impresa en 3D, junto a otro diseño de un compañero.
