Gauge I - Märklin-like coupler for LGB cars - Openrailway by Raby

I wanted to couple Märklin Gauge 1 cars to LGB cars. So I designed a compatible coupler to fit on a LGB body mount. The design is simplified but the coupler can rotate and be lifted like in the original design. The coupler needs support and Cura can't provide suitable ones. So there are 2 files one with and one without support. You can choose the one that suits you better. I've printed everything with ABS (0.1 mm layer height and 50% infill). To assemble the coupler you'll need a spring. The diameter of the spring is quite important or it won't do its job correctly. The spring must have a diameter of 5.8 mm and a length of 13 mm (less critical). Two 2x8 mm screws are also needed to keep the cover in place. | Download free and paid 3D printable STL files
