Today’s 3D model is Derpy from the recent hit animated film K-Pop: Demon Hunters! I instantly fell in love with this character the moment I saw the trailer. The design is super charming and, in my opinion, does a great job of capturing Asian cultural elements without blending or confusing styles from different Asian cultures—which I really appreciate. He is a companion to the character Jinu Saja, and his design is based on a plush toy. The plush toy was created by Radford Sechrist and the tiger's design was inspired by it.
