Honkai: Star Rail - Phainon Sword [Dawnmaker]

Description

This model is designed for Phainon cosplay from Honkai: Star Rail. It is cut in parts to fit in a printer with a platform size of 200mm x 200mm x 200mm. Parts can be split in half using 'split to objects' function in Orca slicer if you need a flat face that can easily lay on the printing bed and minimize support. There are pictures with parts labeled to their file names in the preview section which you can refer to. I also include a combined version just in case you need it. There are tunnel with diameter of 10mm punch on the model for bone and alignment purpose. Matching zig-zag cut out are made as a guide to connect to each other. Please note that some sanding and putty application on the zig-zag may need for a smoother installing process depending on the print quality. Built-in peg also made on part 4 and 5 where bone is difficult to plant. Threshold of 0.2mm are made on the cavity for easier insert. You need to remove the support thoroughly from the cavity if any apply. You can also recut the whole model using the cut function in Orca slicer if you don't need all the zig-zag cut and built-in peg using the combined version. For scaling, please use the same scale for all the parts and pieces. Cheers and Happy Printing!
