Motor Mount: Attach the N20 gear motor to the 3D printed motor mount, ensuring secure fixation. 2. Lead Screw: Insert the M4 bolt into the 3D printed actuator body, threading the M4 nut onto the bolt. 3. Actuator Body: Assemble the actuator body, attaching the motor mount and end caps. 4. Motor Connection: Connect the motor to the lead screw (M4 bolt), ensuring smooth rotation. 5. Final Assembly: Complete the actuator assembly, adding bearings or bushings if necessary.
