Description

Update March 13, 2025: There were a couple pieces of the pie that were fused together. The updated models should have this remedied. It's a floppy pie just in time for Pie Day (March 14th) Yay!!! Pie Crust.stl and Pie Filling.stl are meant to be uploaded together if you plan on using multi-color printing capabilities. In Bambu Studio or Orca Slicer, select both files when importing and when you see the dialog that asks "Load these files as a single object with multiple parts?" select "Yes". Then, under the "Process" section of the slicer, click on the "Global/Objects" toggle to view individual objects on build plates. You can select the "Pie Filling" object and choose a color of your choice. Printing Instructions: The 3mf provided was saved using Bambu Studio and already has the following settings configured Layer Height: 0.16mm Supports: How good is your cooling? Some slopes are at 25 degrees, so if you think your printer can handle it, then no supports necessary. Wall Loops: 3 The edges of this pie can prove to be a challenge when it comes to bed plate adhesion. Make sure you have your build plate nice and clean to avoid adhesion issues. Either clean it with an ammonia based cleaner like Windex or clean it with high quality dish soap like Dawn and warm water. IPA also works, but not guaranteed to work.
