I made this playing card sized Reapers Wager token to keep track of who is winning/losing for our Grotmas detachment. Everything is recessed/embossed to allow for easy painting or like I did to a lower degree multi-material fdm printing. At its thickest it is .100 in or 2.54 mm, and its thinnest point is .050 in or 1.27 mm. Pics are painted version with decals, clean file has no decals but will struggle with fdm printing.
