3 inch boost clamp

Description

This is a 3d printable piece that allows a boost reference point to easily be bolted onto any 3" pipe. It only requires a 2" long section of exposed straight boost tube making it convenient to install almost anywhere. Sized for a 16mm ID 20mm OD O-ring. Also requires 4 hex cap M5x.08 20mm long bolts. Boost ref hole is sized to be tapped in 1/8-27 NPT. I find the boost fittings fit and seal better with a tapped hole vs designed in threads. I recommend only printing these out of a proper automotive grade filaments such as ASA, PET-CF, PAHT, etc. I have tested these on my personal compound turbocharged build up to 60psi with no issues in ASA. -REQUIRED PARTS/TOOLS FOR ISNTALL - 1/8-27npt tap - drill - drill bit approximately 5mm can be slightly over or under - 4 M5x.08 hex cap screws - 5mm allen driver/wrench - 16mm ID 20mm OD o-ring
