Random Orbital Sander Wall Holder System - Lukes Lab

This is my take on a wall holding system for Random Orbital Sanders. It was designed around a Dewalt 20v Cordless tool. However it should work with any sander that uses 5 inch sanding pads. This design is intended to be modular for different types of wall mounting systems such as French Cleats. However, single piece STL files with Cleats / Bumpers built into the model are included incase you don't want to deal with heated inserts. **All Hardware is M4** -Modular system uses 2 to 4 Bolts + Washers + Threaded Inserts. -Single Piece system uses 0 to 2 Bolts + Washers + Threaded Inserts. -Any M4 bolts from 14 to 25mm thread length can be used.No supports should be needed. all overhangs are 45 degrees or less. No special settings other than the overall print size need to be considered. Largest Size is the 3 Drawer version with the Cleat + Bumper attached (See Photos Attached). -Widths Range From 119 to 218 mm -Heights Range From 136 to 220 mm
