Print them on their side for optimal layer orientation (along the stress lines) and join them to the main body using filament alignment pins. Reinforced Hinges: The mounting points feature through-holes. You can use a 3D-printed rod or insert a metal pin (nail, steel wire) to achieve maximum shear strength.
