Instead of painting the original. I went with having a custom one that perfectly matches. Method for screw: grab a 5mm screw. Dremel the head almost off. Keep the last bit of metal hanging. Screw it into the handle. Then break it off. That's the least time consuming way I found to add a screw at the end of this 3d print.
