Box designed to hold dies up to 19mm wide and up to 38mm (shorter row) and 50mm (longer row). It holds my widest die (insulated flags die 9PK-3003D42) and as well the longest one (9PK-3003D27).The design is based on the original 'Rugged Box' by whity https://www.printables.com/model/258431-rugged-box-parametric/filesI am including my Fusion f3d file that could be adjusted by changing function parameters. Note that the box is shallower than the minimum depth of the original 'Rugged Box' model remixed in this project, which required some manual cleanup of ribs and the latch. You might need to do an additional cleanup if you resize the box (moving partitions around should be fine).If you re-export the lid from f3d - make sure to lay it flat. It is slightly off horizontal in the original model.The bottom half of the box includes a gasket that could be printed in TPU for some water resistance. The gasket in my STL is currently merged with the box. If you need this gasket - just split the bottom box into parts in the slicer and print the gasket separately.Latches require 4 of 30mm M3 bolts.I have printed in PETG at 15% fill and 4 perimeters, but should be easily printable in other materials. Does NOT need any supports.I used a Brother label printer with 0.5" tape to mark the slots.
