Description

Motaro made his first appearance in Mortal Kombat 3. He is a Centaur. He also possesses a pair of goat-like horns and has a long, metallic, rat-like tail that he can use to throw energy orbs as well as strike. Centaurs are known for their hunting valor and mystical powers. Motaro, with his entire race, harbors a deep-seated hatred for the Shokan, whom he sees as inferior. The two races fight against each other constantly to prove their worth to Shao Kahn and ultimately define who is superior. In MK Armageddon, he appeared as a minotaur. According to his story a spell transformed Motaro's race of centaurs into minotaurs. In his MKA ending, Motaro undoes that spell by mistake and returns to being a centaur.
