The two circles on the side are supposed to be caps ans they are uppside-down. You are supposed to be able to put small balls in the four doughnut-shaped rings. The balls are also supposed to be able to move so you can fidget with the balls and also spin the spinner. I also don't know the time it takes to print, what dimentions and the material quantity.
