Because they require gas in order to breathe, they must wear special suits in the Mundane Realm. These impish, mischievous creatures can be convinced (or compelled) to cooperate with the Lamplighters Guild through various means, both magical and not. The most common way, however, is to bribe them with melons, for which they have an insatiable appetite. They are valuable maintenance workers who can inspect small, tight quarters easily and are frequently used to repair leaks in underground pipelines or other areas difficult for elves to explore.
