Sunshade clamp

Description

Clamp for parasol. I used the old tripod from my satellite dish to make a stand for my parasol. The tube of the tripod has an outer diameter of 38 mm. The parasol has a 32 mm tube. The two parts of the parasol clamp and parasol clamp2 are only connected with an M6 x 25 threaded screw. Whether the self-locking nut should be I don't know, I just had it there. I printed the parts with my Elegoo Saturn 8k and Anycubic tough Resin white. Print settings bottom exposure 35 seconds and normal exposure 3 seconds. Layer 0.05 mm. The construction has only one small disadvantage. Due to the fact that both pipes only have a wall thickness of 1 mm, the inner pipe has a relatively large clearance in the outer pipe. I compensated for the 4 mm difference with the guide ring. Now nothing wobbles any more. After the wind knocked the stand over the first time I used it, I printed another guy hook. This is also very useful. Now I can secure the parasol with two pegs. I also printed the guy hook with the same printer and Anycubic tough resin but in gray. Print settings as above. It worked well, but I noticed that the meterial for the hook is not optimal. The hook bent a little due to the tension of the line and perhaps also due to the heat, but it didn't break and has now returned to its original shape.
