The Bosch Plug is made for the MUM 5 food processor series. The machine is quite fine and often used in our household. But have you also complained, that the slot for the basins is a dirt collector and not easy to clean? Here is my solution to prevent the machine from collecting dirt and made it easier to clean: The Bosch Plug! The plug is made in bayonet style like the basins and other applications. Just plug it in the right position in the slot and twist a bit. (Like the basins) Post print: The handle usually fits tight in the plug. You can also add a drop of glue. Disclaimer: The plug doesn't bypass any security mechanisms and has no cam to trigger the safety switch, which makes sure that a basin set in. It fits only in the right position. The use is at your own risk. The "dirt" on the picture is wet coffee ground for demonstration purposes. There is no guarantee that the plug will fit in other kitchen machines like the MUM 5 series, due to the lack of testing objects.
