"This is my attempt at creating a damping system for my rig. It's easy to print, and they can easily handle weights over 200 kg. You'll feel your bass shakers more, your body weight will make it move, and force feedback will be even more noticeable." use red springs in the back and blue in the front. if you are 60-70 kg you could use blue in the back also.
