A Medium sized aquatic crablike anthropod based off of a horseshoe crab. scuttling along a base of ocean sand and reef elements.Trudging through the shallows of the Sol’Kesh coast, the trawlauth looks to be merely the head of a thick trailing fog that drowns out all life behind it. When in reality, it is performing a vital service to the ocean floor by scraping off the virulent oxygen sucking algae and clearing space for new plant and animal growth. Through symbiotic mutualism the trawlauth is host to a colony of bacteria that resides on and under its exoskeleton. Living off the excrement of the crustacean and leaching calcium from its shell, the bacteria builds up funnels along the back of the creature. Through these it vents a viscous bacterial soup billows out into the water in thick, gill-choking clouds that protects the trawlauth from any nearby predators while spreading its bacterial spores far and wide. | Download free and paid 3D printable STL files
