cover for a SATA power cable that is in your case not connected to anything, just ensures it doesn't touch the chassis and short out, you can connect these to any connectors that are not connected to drives when you have a cable that has 3+ SATA power connectors on, only made this cos i had fan SATA connectors that were not being used, instead i used a fan hub, so wanted to ensure the connectors were safe and looked tidy
