Skywatcher AZ3 improved knobs - SMT M 🦊

Description

I'm disappointed with my AZ3 knobs, so i create these more comfortable ones, they make a very good difference: -Tray knobs: I use 3pcs M5x25mm hex head bolts. Print 3pcs "trayKnob" and 3pcs "trayKnobBoltCover". Use contact glue for glue the covers after pressing the bolts. -Slow movement knobs: I replaced the original ones. Print 2pcs "slowKnob". I use 2pcs M3x10mm hex allen bolts for fixing. -Azimut brake knob: I replaced the original one. Print 1pcs azimutBrakeKnob. Redrill the main hole using a 8mm drill. I use a M4x16mm hex allen bolt and a M4 washer. Clean and use some contact glue on the rod before pressing into the knob, then press it and fix with the M4 bolt. (Note this part has a self contained support cylinder, remove it before assembling.) -Tripod knobs: Print 3pcs, clean the holes, apply a contact glue drop on the original butterfly sides and press them into knob. -Check out other AZ3 things: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2102051 -Updates: Feb/19/2017 Added tripod knobs and removed the "work in progress" flag of the thing.
