Repair kit for trunk cover/cargo cover/parcel shelf AUDI A6C5 Avant (4b9863553) Original parts were used for modelling this repair kit. Not damaged original parts can be used with printed one, except cover from button side, and press button (blue on pics). Button created for cover, and cover for button. Printed elements created to replace broken, and not for repairing this elements by glue or soldering. NOT FOR SALE! FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY! Kit includes only plastic printed elements. Original springs and bolts should be used for repairing. I think alternative springs also can be used, but parts modelled for original. Updated after discussion with VICTORARCASTILHO: 1) Added short video with kit assembly 2) Updated DSpringHolderV2 (Fixed install section and improved tooth moving) 3) Added positions in slicer, that used for print on my side. Other positions may cause unpredictable consequences (part can break by layers) 4) Fixed side (without button) annotation - print fixed tooth - insert it in printed cover - move central tube with flex cover from aluminium profile about 20 cm - install cover on left side of central tube of roller - insert screw to fix central tube of roller (from bottom side of cover) - turn the cover to tension the spring (CCW) - install cover to aluminium profile after tensioning - fix cover with two screws Updated 2: 1) Updated CoverButtonSidev2 (improved tooth moving and install side) 2) Updated ToothButtonSideV2 (improved tooth moving and reinforced…
