Hello. Here's a new version of the sieve package. In the attached files, you'll find everything you need to complete this project. Please note, however, that it's not completely turnkey... In fact, the document "Fiche exploitation tamis.pub" contains photos that you'll need to adapt to your own material, because even if you'll have the same sieves, it's unlikely that this will be the case for the beads. The "Classroom Sequence" document has been constructed with photos of the original, non-3D-printed material, but it's not intended for students so it can be used as is. You will find in the files : Operating documents for the classroom: class sequence, launch letter and student work documents (to be adapted to your material). 3D models of the 4 sieves with 6, 10, 14 and 18mm openings and a solid bottom. Each model is available in two formats: .stl for direct management by your favorite slicer. .f3d for modification. Be careful, though, because even though they look like simple objects, they're very heavy for Fusion 360 to handle, especially the finer screens. These files were generated with Autodesk Fusion 360 (which can be used legally and free of charge). I printed my screens in 0.3 mm (largely sufficient for the purpose) and without supports (the overhangs are designed for). By setting a 1.2mm thick shell, there will be very little filling, so the "infill" parameter is unimportant. The filament brand is also unimportant, as screens are not very technical to print.
