The Z Axis plates on the Masuter are pretty weak being acrylic. These models can be used to CNC aluminum or stronger alloy plates as bolt on replacements. You could also try using a high performance filament such as Protopasta HTPLA CF. I have no idea if it would be any sturdier than the stock acrylic plates.
