(Use strong glue for assembly) A hand cart (also known as a pump cart , pump car , rail push cart , push wagon , is a railroad car propelled by its passengers or by people pushing the car from behind . It is mainly used for track maintenance or mining wagons, but has also been used for passenger service in some cases. A typical design consists of an arm, called a swing, which pivots, like a seesaw, on a base, which passengers alternately push down and pull up to move the car.
