wanted a lantern for the living room but couldn't find one that looked how i wanted it so i designed one myself :) for the lantern sides, acrylic sheets can be bought cheap enough on amazon or ebay. they can be painted too to add an amazing effect! attach together with super glue, the opening door, i placed 2 hinges making it accessible to reach inside. i would recommend placing led strips or battery operated t-lights inside as a real candle i think would melt it. more importantly, enjoy :)
