Ok, I tried my hand at a blower fan again. This thing is a beast. We have still not seen a true blower fan and my goal is to make it happen. This beast measures about 255mm square and 145mm thick when fully assembled. Unfortunately I don't have a large enough printer to get this thing tested or I'd test it but I think it should work if someone wants to give it a shot. Let me know if y'all see something that needs to change. EDIT: After sleeping on it a bit I realized that I needed to do a few more things. I didn't originally orient the parts for printing so I updated that on thingiverse. Still in the Works: There is a test print coming soon to help determine if the fan hub fits properly. In order for the fan to work the tolerances between the intake sides of the fan housing and the fan itself are fairly tight(2mm each side). In order to save wasted filament and print time a minimal jig can be printed to determine if you need to adjust the printed fan hub for your particular fan. that should be ready today or tomorrow. The way it will work is you will print the cage then attach the x25 to the cage and the test print will be attached to the x25. Then as long as there is no rubbing and no excess space you can move on with printing the actual fan.
