Description

I made a better case for the Cheap Yellow Display (ESP32-2432S028R) CYD in landscape mode (but it can also be used in portrait mode). My main goals were:Compact design to keep the case smallSupport for CYD with USB-C port (USB-C cutout fixed)Opening for the light-sensitive resistor (LDR) to allow automatic screen brightness adjustment, with a solid light barrier to prevent interference from the display’s backlight LEDsCutout for the LED on the backBoot and reset button access via integrated buttons in the back planeTouch display clearance to avoid interferenceAdditional features:SD card cutout addedHole for stylus storage inside the casePrecise fitI did test prints to ensure the CYD fits without rework.
