Recently found @MakeAnything's Polypanels, and the associated connector tool. I found that the area where the pillar connects to the lever was the most likely place for failure. Inspired by the nail clipper that inspired the original tool, I removed that connection by extending the pillar through the lever with an associated hole and adding a hook to hold the lever on and to transfer force. Had to add some to the lever, to keep the hook from breaking through the lever. Printed .4 mm, 4 shells and 30% infill. Very happy with it. I know my mods are ugly, this is my very first attempt and modeling. | Download free and paid 3D printable STL files
