説明

This radius sanding block is designed for accurately shaping the underside of Fender-style nuts with precision and consistency. By registering the nut blank against the side wall, it maintains a true 90° angle while sanding—eliminating guesswork and helping ensure a clean, tight fit in the slot. It’s designed for use with adhesive-backed sandpaper, giving you full control over the final surface finish on the bottom of the nut. A secondary, tighter-radius step is designed on the last “step" of the block to slightly hollow the center of the nut. This is especially useful for vintage Fender guitars and basses, where the fingerboard radius often isn’t a perfect 7.25", allowing for better contact at the edges and a more stable fit overall. Strategic cutouts in the body allow you to secure the block firmly to your bench with an F-clamp, keeping everything stable while you work.
