🏎️ SayatTech H-Shifter Combo: H-Shifter + Multi-Function Button Box Description of the Creation (Originality & Essential Features): Designed for sim racers and truck sim enthusiasts (ETS2, ATS, Assetto Corsa, Dirt Rally, etc.), the SayatTech H-Shifter Combo merges the realistic tactile feel of a manual gear shifter with the ultimate convenience of a multi-function button box in one compact unit. It is a highly robust, fully 3D-printable DIY project that saves you from buying two separate, expensive sim racing peripherals. Thanks to its innovative internal mechanism utilizing an M8 steel rod, bearings, and heavy-duty springs, it delivers a deeply satisfying, realistic mechanical "clunk" with every gear shift. Its zero-play structural design ensures extreme stability during intense racing sessions. Context of Use & Limitations: Material Warning (CRUCIAL): Because the shifter undergoes continuous mechanical stress, the core mechanism and body parts MUST be printed using PETG or ABS filament. Using PLA is highly discouraged as it will deform or break over time. Electronics: The system is powered by an Arduino Leonardo, which acts as a plug-and-play standard USB Game Controller when connected to your PC. Assembly: Requires basic soldering and DIY assembly skills. A comprehensive step-by-step assembly manual (PDF) is included with the files.
