If like me you don't like having to use a pipewrench to secure your Sanwa sticks, here's a simple holder using two M4 heat inserts. I used M4x5.6xOD6.3 with mines. I've printed them in PETG with 30% infill and 3 walls and they seems to hold very well. The holes are designed to be tight enough to provide frictions on the screws so vibrations are not an issue.
