When the Trench Ghouls need to take out enemy leaders or high value targets unlike the Legion they cannot simply rely on the a death commando. Due to the rampant modifications they cannot rise as Ghouls. The Trench ghouls instead rely on salvage, taking the bodies from fallen sultanate assassins and fusing their bodies with the equipment and unholy flesh of fallen death commandos, this unholy amalgam results in an undead assassin to rival any. Designed and built for use as a death commando in a trench ghost warband for the game trench crusade but can be used for any grimdark setting where you might need a clawed undead assassin.
