説明

Baphomet is a symbolic figure created in the 19th century by Éliphas Lévi: a hybrid being with a goat’s head, human body, wings, and both male and female traits. It represents the balance of opposites — light and darkness, heaven and earth, spirit and matter — serving not as a “demon,” but as an esoteric icon of duality and harmony. The best-known image of Baphomet—a being with a human body, wings, a goat's head, and a hand gesture—was created in the 19th century by the French occultist Éliphas Lévi. He did not describe him as the "devil," but as a symbolic representation of the balance of opposites: masculine and feminine, light and darkness, spiritual and material.
