This is Gohan in his childhood stage, when he appears as a young boy in traditional Chinese-inspired ceremonial clothing during the early Dragon Ball Z series around the Saiyan Saga. This outfit was given to him by Piccolo and later adapted for formal events like meeting with Kami or training with Goku. He is also known as Emperor Gohan outfit or Four-Star Dragon Ball hat Gohan.
