Anchor to install on wall or furniture, for quick release shoe (the small ones of the most common tripods). You can print out a quick-release shoe by downloading it from here: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/gadget/zapata-liberacion-rapida-tripode-fotografia-para-camara-compacta-o-webcam Ideal for webcams, small cameras, microphones or lamps, as long as you can attach them to the quick release shoe. Very discreet and secure part. Anchors to the wall with two screws. Can also be glued with mounting tape or silicone (choose the right adhesive depending on what you are going to hang... if it is heavy, better screws!).
