I started w/ https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:29517 Then cleaned up the code a bit(removed unused variables and consolidated naming) and added bevels and index markers. This requires the OpenSCAD BOSL/masks library: https://github.com/revarbat/BOSL The online customizer doesn't support the bevels due to not having BOSL
