The Spectator

The Spectator is a fictional spacecraft I designed myself. It takes place in a reality in which humans accidentally create a virus that makes all animals smarter (similar to Planet of the Apes). The virus gets out somehow and the animals evolve rapidly. The trees then began to develop a different oxygen lethal to humans. This forces them to flee to Mars where they can do nothing but watch their planet change. The now fully civilized animals create a society very similar to ours and are comparable to many animated movies. The humans want their planet back. They build the Spectator and send it to Earth, where it and its crew observe, or should I say, spectate. And one day, when the animals evolved enough, the Spectator decides to reveal itself to humanity's accidental creations... Anyway, the model looks pretty complex, and I honestly have no idea how to print this behemoth, but I recommend trying to slice it up into parts to make it easier to print. If I'm going to be honest, it kinda reminds me of some sort of retro or Star Trek ship, but I did draw a 2D sketch while on a trip some time ago and it was difficult to convert to a 3D drawing. If I really want, I may redesign this ship to be more detailed in the distant future when I'm more advanced in 3d modeling. Stay tuned! Enjoy attempting to print this spacecraft.
