This is a Protective sleeve for the Apple Airpods, modeled from the Gen2 case with a built-in slot for the charging port. It is a snug fit and will not fall off, however if you feel it is slightly too tight simply do one or two swipes with a file on the bars inside the case and check the fit again, repeat until the fit is to your liking.
