The Club around 600 mm long and all the parts are cut in such a way that they can be printed by an Ender 3 (20x20x30)Easy to assemble, it has 8.30mm holes to be able to place 8 mm aluminum rods as a skeleton.You can use wood or other material, but I recommend aluminum. With aluminum rods it is lighter and more resistant, but the final decision is up to you.If you prefer to make the handle in fabric (I provide a version of the handle, Part 3 and Part 4) without the details in fabric.I usually print my parts with the following definitions ( Because I'm a cosplayer and I prefer to give extra resistance so that the prop resists well to the amount of convention people. You can change the settings if you want. ) :Quality: 2.8Walls: 3Infill: 10% or 15%Pattern: Zig Zag- Some parts may need supports. But it's enough the tree support to touch the build plate.- From my own experience, I give a margin of 0.30 mm for the rods (wood or aluminum.), so that the rod can be placed and glued without the risk of them getting stuck inside the piece.I provide the full club ( two versions. one with a fabric handle, the other without a handle. ) not sliced and without holes ( two versions. one with the crystal one without the crystal ), in case you want to slice in another way.If you liked the model, please click on like and rate.
