🔫 GripForce Lite – Glock 17 GripForce Lite is a lightweight, simplified version of a GripKeeper-style system designed for the Glock 17 platform. It provides passive retention and controlled resistance on both the grip and trigger, making it ideal for dry fire training (especially one-handed training) and controlled handling setups. Designed to be compact, functional, and easy to print with standard hardware. 🧩 Features Lightweight and simplified design Adjustable resistance via interchangeable springs Dual-function: Trigger resistance (1 spring, 9-10 mm dia, 35-44 mm lenght) Grip retention (3 springs, 9-10 mm dia, 35-44 mm lenght) Easy to assemble and tune to your preference: use M4 heat inserts on Glock17 Griptrainer (3x) and 2xM3 inserts on grip and trigger cover. Use M4 screws to connect griptrainer with grip + add 2 or 3 springs, dpending on how heavy resistance you want to have. 🖨️ Printing Recommendations Material: PLA → works fine for basic use PETG → recommended for improved durability and longevity Print settings: Standard 0.2 mm layer height 4-5 perimeters recommended for strength, 100% infill if you want to add weight. 🔧 Required Hardware You will need the following components to complete the build: 3× M4 heat inserts 2x M3 heat inserts 4× M4 screws (cut to appropriate length, depending on spring you will be able to source) 2× M3 10 mm screws 4× compression springs Diameter: ~8–9 mm Quantity: 1× for trigger 3× for grip Spring strength depends on desired resistance…
