Just in time to shock some of your friends on April Fool's! Uses a regular piezo lighter ignition module, M3 bolts and nuts to close the case, and at the contact points at the top. Edit 3/28:Added a version with a captive trigger. The tolerances I used held it perfectly by friction, but it might be different for others.
