German shoulder straps are notoriously difficult to paint due to the potential combination of Waffenfarbe, Tresse, Russia braid and sometimes pips, as well as to sculpt for most of us. Most plastic figures have rather poor renditions of these parts, compounding the painting challenge. The set covers the lowest enlisted rank up to Hauptmann or equivalent. Designed at full size. To rescale, multiply by 6.25% for 1/16, 3.13% for 1/32 or 2.86% for 1/35. I have successfully printed them in 1/16 and 1/35.
