Quick and simple test print to ensure good adhesion to the bed. The single-line forward then back thing is tough on printers. Bad adhesion? You'll see the ends pull up. Good adhesion? print will stick. I do recommend using the Ender glass bed with Ultrabase. Works well with 0.2mm to 0.3mm layer height and 103% extrusion multiplier. Be careful to not go too low with the height, as it might come off even easier. Basic glass needs glue, though. Rough surfaces should be good with most layer heights, even lower ones.
