Princess Daisy, (デイジー姫 Princess Daisy) or simply Daisy, is the princess of Sarasaland and a recurring Mario character. She debuted in the 1989 Game Boy title Super Mario Land, after she was kidnapped by the evil alien Tatanga after he had taken over the kingdom of Sarasaland and wanted to marry her to make Daisy his queen; however, she was eventually rescued by Mario.
